El Cinco consists of Kevin Harper, Ian Jenson, Kevin Kreutz, Mark Romero and John Sanders. El Cinco was formed for the purpose of developing a medium sized software project in the spring 2010 CS 4311 class at Texas Tech University. During the course of the semester we designed and developed Cinco Desk, a trouble ticket system using CakePHP.
